The purpose of this role is to assist the Financial Controller in all financial accounting activities in order to help the accounts department drive business improvements.
Main duties will include:-
* Monitoring financial performance and producing Key Performance Indicators for all departments
* Advising Departmental Managers on financial performance, margins, costs and overheads, comparing actual to planned budgets and forecasts
* Ensuring optimum cash operating cycle by careful control of creditors, debtors and stock.
* Ensuring the Dealership payroll function and Sales Admininstration functions are efficiently managed.
You should possess experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Accountant in a Motor Dealership Accounts Department, and ideally have knowledge of Kerridge 8.3, inc VSB. You will also have people management skills and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook in particular).

The main purpose of these roles is to make outbound calls to an existing database of Hackney Carriage licence holders, to ensure Mann & Overton Sales opportunities are maximised as well as enhancing the reputation of Mann & Overton.
Main duties will include:-
* Updating customers records on a computerised system and informing customers of any special offers or promotions.
* Maintaining two way communication channels with team members and sales staff, to include Birmingham, Manchester and London.
* Determining new requirements and needs to pass on to the appropriate department, giving the customer reassurance that all will be dealt with professionally.
You should possess exceptional customer handling and interpersonal skills with an ability to deliver high standards of customer care. Good IT, numeric and literacy skills are important to the success of this role.
Full training available to the right candidates with a self motivated and enthusiastic attitude to the job, but mostly candidates that talk with a smile in their voice and are fun to work with!
