The purpose of this role is to organise all the Service & Parts Department activities to ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the departments by satisfying external and internal customers and enhancing customer relations.
The successful candidate will have technical knowledge and experience of the retail motor industry, with experience at a senior level. They will require excellent leadership and coaching attributes at a level required o manage a 40 bay service and vehicle sales preparation department. They will have a strong competency in the use of Microsoft Office applications and proficient in the use of Kerridge AutoLine, Rev 7 and above.
You should possess a minimum of 5 years management experience at dealer/group or national level.
Experience and knowledge of modern business methods and up to date knowledge of vehicle design and manufacture, consumer and vehicle legislation, industry and trade practices are also essential to this role.

With existing dealerships in London, Birmingham, Manchester and Leeds, and further expansion plans in the coming months, we are at the forefront of retailing the TX4 purpose built taxi to drivers throughout the UK.
Due to a retirement, our flagship London Dealership is now looking to recruit a General Manager

Key responsibilities for this prestigious role will include managing Dealership turnover and profitability, Dealer performance against agreed set targets, customer and employee satisfaction, business planning and performance development. Above all it means inspiring leadership to the Sales and Aftersales teams to actively maximize sales and profits. The ability to take a strategic view while never losing focus of the day to day issues is also important.
