Mann & Overton are the retail division of LTI Vehicles, manufacturers of the black cab. With dealerships in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Edinburgh and very soon Glasgow, we are at the forefront of retailing the new TX4 purpose built taxi to drivers and operate throughout the UK.

The Job
We require a Service Quality Tester to oversee the dealership workshop activities and provide and exceed our customer expectations for our iconic London Taxi
Reporting to the Operations Manager, main duties and responsibilities will include:-
To ensure diagnostic, maintenance, servicing and repair work is carried out to the highest standards of safety and quality possible.
To ensure that all work is of the quality to ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
To ensure that materials and equipment is used efficiently and the effective use of labour is maximised.
To control and supervise staff in the use of equipment, tools and best repair methods.
To work very closely with the workshop controller to create an environment of high team spirit and best practice.
To enhance the reputation of Mann & Overton and LTI Vehicles at every opportunity when interacting with others.
The Person
The person for this job would have a desire to succeed, ensuring customer satisfaction is high in their list of priorities. The ability to lead a team and cultivate meaningful inter-personal relationships will be a distinct advantage.
The Requirements
You should possess a minimum of 3 years technical experience, ideally within the taxi motor trade. Kerridge Autoline Dealer Management system and Microsoft Office products experience is desirable.

LTI Vehicles, the manufacturers of the world-famous London Black Cab, are seeking a UK Marketing Manager to support the UK Retail group in all aspects of marketing.
The Job...
Reporting to the International Market Development Director, the main purpose of this role is to develop and plan all marketing activity including advertising, PR, events, customer offers, CSI, database management, outbound activity, P.O.S. and brochures. Working with the General Managers and Managers in the outlets to maximise customer contact, increase showroom traffic and increase sales of New, Used and Aftersales activities.
Direct control of a small dedicated call centre team will also be part of this role.
The role will be based in the Midlands (Birmingham/Coventry) with the requirement to travel nationally.
Salary for this position will be in the range of £35K to £40K per annum dependant on experience, based on a 37 hour working week.

The Person...
Will have automotive experience within retail, dealer or manufacturer environments.
Will have a proven track record of managing a team with the necessary management skills, knowledge and attributes.
Should also have excellent communication and presentation skills, with a 'can do' attitude.
The Requirements...
Applicants should ideally be educated to degree level. Experience in the areas of managing budgets and project management are essential. Excellent communication skills are a prerequisite of this role. Experience of Call Centre management & Kerridge would also be advantageous.
