PRIVACY STATEMENT
mannandoverton.com™ uses secure server software that encrypts yout credit card information before it is sent to us. Furthermore, as required by the Data Protection Act 1998, we follow strict security procedures in relation to the storage and disclosure of information, which you have given us, so as to prevent, unauthorised access.
When you place an order we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfil your order and to notify you of your order status. We may also ask for your telephone number to enable us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order. For some international deliveries this number may be given to our couriers. When you submit feedback, we also ask for your e-mail address, to allow us to respond to your comments.
We may use the information that you provide to us to inform you of goods and/or services from within the Manganese Bronze Holding PLC group of companies (of which mannandoverton.com™ is a member) that may be of interest to you. If you would rather we did not do this, please email us with the subject of the message "unsubscribe special offers" info@mannandoverton.com.

TERMS OF BUSINESS
Clauses refering to the purchase of goods, delivery, warranty/refund, risk and payment refer to the goods offered by Mann and Overton only. Dealers advertising vehicles on this site will maintain their own terms and conditons in relation to products offered.
1 Terms of Use
1.1 These conditions shall form the terms and conditions for the sale and supply of goods (goods) by LTI LIMITED trading as mannandoverton.com (us or we) of 1 Love Lane, London, EC2V 7HJ to the customer (you).
1.2 The placing by you of any order shall constitute an offer and no contract shall come into existence unless we accept your order in writing.
2 Delivery
2.1 We will endeavour to deliver the goods within 28 days of them being placed however, any time quoted by us for delivery of all or any of the goods is an estimate only and time shall not be of the essence. We shall not be liable for any failure to meet any such estimate, nor for any loss of whatsoever nature resulting directly or indirectly therefrom. The goods shall be delivered to the address given on your order form. In the event that we are unable to despatch the goods within this 28 day period we will contact you and if the alternative date is unacceptable to you, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
2.2 We reserve the right to deliver the goods by instalments and each delivery shall constitute a separate contract to which these conditions shall apply. In the event that we deliver the goods in instalments you will only be liable for one delivery charge.
3 Price and Payment
3.1 The price charged to you for the goods will be the price featured on the web site at the time you place your order. The price is inclusive of VAT which shall be charged where appropriate at the rate prevailing at the relevant tax point. Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, all prices are exclusive of postage and packaging.
3.2 Payment for the goods is due at the time you place your order. We will debit your account on the day that we despatch the goods to you.
4 Risk
Risk in the goods shall pass to you immediately on delivery to you or into custody on your behalf whichever is the sooner.
5 Warranty/Refund
5.1 We shall, at your option, make good by reimbursement of the price (and, where relevant, as a deduction from any part of the price remaining unpaid) or by replacement any goods that are damaged on arrival provided that you notify us within 72-hours of receipt of the goods.
5.2 In the case only where you are a consumer you have the right to return the goods to us within 7 working days of receipt of the goods and request a full refund. The goods must be returned in their original state/packaging together with any materials/documentation. You shall be liable for all costs in relation to the return of the goods.
6 Advertisement
6.1 We shall not be under any obligation to accept or publish any advertisement (advertisement) that you wish to post on the web site or any part thereof. You are responsible for the accuracy and content of the advertisement. You undertake not to post any advertisement that features material which is, in our sole opinion considered to be indecent, offensive, obscene, and/or defamatory.
6.2 We reserve the right to amend or remove any advertisement for any reason whatsoever. Without prejudice to any rights and remedies available to it, we shall be entitled to suspend, alter, amend or terminate the Find a Used Cab Service at any time without incurring any liability to you.
6.3 You warrant that the advertisement does not infringe any laws and/or regulations and/or any third party rights including Intellectual Property Rights and is legal, honest, decent and truthful and contains nothing that is defamatory, libellous and/or obscene.
6.4 You agree to indemnify us in full against all losses, costs, damages, charges, expenses and any other liabilities awarded against or incurred by us arising out of or in connection with any breach of the warranties given by you and/or any breach of these Conditions.
7 Liability
7.1 Subject to clause 7.3 below, we shall not be liable to you in contract tort (including without limitation negligence) and/or breach of statutory duty for any loss or damage which you may suffer by reason of any act, omission, neglect or default (including negligence) in the performance of the contract by us, our servants or agents in a sum which is greater than the price of the goods in question.
7.2 We shall not be liable to you in contract tort (including without limitation negligence) and/or breach of statutory duty for any loss of profits and/or any indirect or consequential (including economic) loss of any kind which you may suffer by reason of any act, omission, neglect or default (including negligence) in the performance of the contract by us, our servants or agents.
7.3 Nothing in these conditions shall operate so as to exclude: our non-excludable liability in respect of death or personal injury caused by our negligence or that of our servants or agents; nor, where you are a consumer within the meaning of Unfair Contract Terms Act to affect your the statutory rights in relation to the Goods; nor to exclude the application of Section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979; nor to exclude liability for fraudulent misrepresentation.
8 General
8.2 For the avoidance of doubt nothing in these conditions shall confer on any third party any benefit or the right to enforce any provision of these conditions.
8.1 The Contract shall be governed by English Law at the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
