The purpose of this role is to generate successful and profitable Bodyshop business by acting professionally and maximising sales opportunities.
Main duties will include:-
* Recording vehicle details and histories as well as customer concerns, fully and accurately
* Ensuring highest standard of courtesy and integrity in customer interaction
* Ensuring all administrative functions within the Bodyshop are carried out in accordance with dealership policies.
The successful candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills and an ability to receive payment for work carried out with accuracy and due diligence. |

The purpose of this role is to ensure accurate identification of customers by means of parts catalogues and computer stock lists.
Main duties will include:-
* Receiving and identifying stock
* Checking goods from suppliers
* Maintaining stock control system
* Maintaining helpful relationships with customers and their representatives.
The successful candidate will have experience in motor trade parts retailing environment, be computer literate and possess good customer service skills. Experience of Kerridge would be desirable. |

The purpose of this role is to ensure customer satisfaction in the service and repair of motor vehicles.
Main duties and responsibilities will include:-
* Observing, recognising and reporting on vehicles components serviceability.
* Interpreting and implementing technical service instruction data
* Recovering damaged or defected vehicles as and when required
* Ensuring vehicles comply with safety standards when returned to customer
* Ensuring any faults are reported and noted on job card.
Ideally candidates will possess diesel engine and electrical experience together with a minimum NVQ level qualification. A full clean driving license is essential. |
| Warehouse Operations Supervisor |

The purpose of this role is to be responsible for day to day operation management and control of all aspects of the Warehouse, Deliveries, Goods Inwards and Workshop Issue areas of the M & O London Parts Department.
The successful candidate will have previous junior management or supervisory experience in a similar role, within the retail automotive industry, and possess excellent communication and organisational skills. They will also be competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications and proficient in the use of Kerridge Autoline version 8. |
